Office Building Exterior Restoration
We were tasked with restoring the exterior of a multi-story office building that had been worn down by years of harsh weather. The project began with a thorough inspection to identify problem areas, including cracks, stains, and structural wear. Our team performed targeted repairs to damaged surfaces, followed by a deep power-wash using eco-friendly cleaning solutions that removed grime without harming the environment.
Residential Property Fence Upgrade
This residential community relied on us to bring new life to their perimeter fencing, which had faded and weakened over time. We began by replacing damaged panels and reinforcing fence posts to restore stability and security. After completing the repairs, our crew prepped the surfaces for painting, removing old flaking layers and treating the wood and metal with a primer to ensure maximum adhesion and durability.
Commercial Glass Partition Installation
For a modern co-working facility, we designed and installed a series of custom glass partitions to create private workspaces while maintaining an open, light-filled environment. We began with precision measurements to ensure a perfect fit within the existing structure, then built sturdy, powder-coated steel frames to hold the glass panels securely in place.
Playground Safety Refurbishment
We were commissioned to fully refurbish a public playground that had become outdated and posed potential safety hazards. The project began with dismantling and repairing worn play equipment, replacing rusted bolts, and reinforcing weak structures. To enhance safety, we installed a new impact-absorbing surface made from recycled, weather-resistant materials, reducing the risk of injury from falls.
